午後、商談で都心に出ました。
桜が綺麗でした。
帰宅後、さっと夕食の支度。
すぐに用意が出来るスキヤキにしまいした。
鹿児島産黒毛和牛、やっぱり美味しい。
1本目 マルキドボーラン ロゼ 2022 1,050円
このロゼ、やっぱり美味しいです。
とても好きです。
2本目 マルキドボーラン メルロー 2022 1,050円
何度も繰り返しになりますが、2022年ヴィンテージのマルキドボーランの赤の中で、私はこのメルローが一番好きです。
赤ワインは他に、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、シラー、ピノ・ノワールがあります。
みんな美味しいのですが、中でもメルローはピカイチ。
果実味、酸、タンニン、口当たり、アフターテイストと、どれをとっても申し分ありません。
スキヤキにも良く合いました。

In the afternoon, I went to the city center for business meetings.
The cherry blossoms were beautiful.
After I came back home, I cooked dinner.
I put it away in a sukiyaki that can be prepared immediately.
Japanese black beef wagyu from Kagoshima was delicious after all.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Rose 2022 1,050 yen
This rose was delicious after all.
I like it very much.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2022 1,050 yen
Again, of all the Marquis de Beau Rond reds of the 2022 vintage, I like this Merlot the most.
Other red wines include Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Pinot Noir.
All of them are delicious, but the Merlot is the best.
The fruitiness, acidity, tannins, mouthfeel, and aftertaste are all perfect.
It also went well with Sukiyaki.
