It is excellent experience for me.
I thought every Foraci wines were very good for Japanese foods, their freshness, mineral, elegance and fines.

Then we went to fish market at near a port.
We had outstanding sea foods at the restaurant in the market. I was really impressed by all dishes.
I was sure that Foraci wine was the best match for every great sea foods.

Then we went to vineyards, which are controlled with organic method.
It was so beautiful and very well organized.
I was really, really impressed by every thing of Foraci winery.

After visiting the winery, I went to small restaurant " Manmma Peppa" in Palermo where I had lunch yesterday.
I had also very nice dinner there.
