| Then I had a professional tasting with Mr.Foraci and Joanni, winemaker.  It is excellent experience for me. I thought every Foraci wines were very good for Japanese foods, their freshness, mineral, elegance and fines. Then we went to fish market at near a port. We had outstanding sea foods at the restaurant in the market. I was really impressed by all dishes. I was sure that Foraci wine was the best match for every great sea foods.  |
