I cooked dinner. Ika-Sashimi, Steamed Asari by wine and Beef Steak and Vegetables.
They were very nice.
1st
Chateau Fongrave Blanc 2003
1000 yen
This dry Bordeaux white is made by 100% Semillon.
It was very good.

2nd
Chateau Fongrave Rouge 2002
1000 yen
The red is made by Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
I felt it was very authentic Bordeaux red.
It was really good for Beef Steak.
When you drink this without foods, you might feel this is good wine.
But when you drink this with good foods, I am sure that you feel this is really wonderful wine.
