Jan.24
I have been to Kyushu since today, this is "three nights four days" business trip.
I held a wine seminar today at Nishitetsu Grand Hotel in Fukuoka.
Over 50 people, who are staff and owners of hotels and restaurants, participated the seminar.
The theme I lectured them was " The wines that I want to drink at restaurant".
I was really happy that I had a lot of professional people at the seminar.

After the event, I went to Chez Morita, a very nice wine bar owned by Mr.Morita who is a president of Japan Sommelier Association Kyushu Branch.
He attended my seminar today.
I really enjoyed very nice dishes and wines.
The wine list of the wine bar was very impressive. There were a lot of very good reasonable wines and very rare fine wines. We drank Cava and Negro Amaro. They were very nice !
Thank you very much for Mr. Morita. He is same age with me. The vintage of 1959 is very good one.

I also really appreciated all of the staff of Marubishi, the sales agent of Cave de Re-Lax in Kyushu.
Then we went to Gaza in central of Fukuoka town. The wine bar is one of the first clients of my imported wine in Fukuoka.
I was very happy to see Mr.Mine, owner of the bar. We drank Cescon Cuve Piont and some red wines.
I enjoyed very much the event tonight.
I love Fukuoka !
