Grace Gris de Koshu

Koshu, a local grape in Japan, is not a white grape but a gray grape. "Gris" means Gray in French.
This is made by "skin contact method" in order to extract color and flavor from the grape skin.
I was surprised at big volume fruits. It was different from the typical style of Koshu. But the flavor was a real Koshu character.
It was delicious ! really delicious !

I was getting to want to drink Muscat Bailey A after I had drunk Koshu. It was Japan night.
I really loved this very big-beautiful-wonderful acid. I felt the acid let my body clean.
