The Japanese Chardonnay is made from old vine in the estate vineyards of the winery with organic method. This was really clean-beautiful-elegant wine.
I felt a illusion as drinking very good mineral water. The difference for water is that unfortunately the wine include alcohol.
This is very very nice Chardonnay. It was getting better and better by drinking and drinking.
