Merlin is one of the top wineries in the area. This was a premium Sant-Veran I had drunk first time.
It was very impressive white wine. I was surprised at very deep and really elegant fruits touch and beautiful honey flavor behind. It was superb Sant-Veran. I was sure it was different class.

I was gifted this Coteaux du Languedoc from my friend. I did not have any information about wine but I was sure this was "Vin Nature". I thought the style was similar with Tortoise Creek Premium 2003.
It was really tasty, very good for Kiritanpo-nabe.
