I tried to drink Beaujolais Nouveau again, which was canceled due to late arriving.
You might think it is difficult having Beaujolais Nouveau with Kimuchi-Nabe because the Nabe is very hot. No, it isn't. They made a very good combination. The 2005 Nouveau is very good.
I Do NOT say so because I still have many stock.
