I went to Sendai to attend some meeting.
After the meeting, we went to Zuien-tei at Hotel Monterey Sendai.
Mr.Egawa, Chef de Cuisine, used to be Chef of Le Toyoda at Ginza. We didn't see long time.
It was the first time that we had met each other for these two years. His cooking was outstanding.
We really enjoyed his beautiful Japanese dishes veru much.

After the dinner, we were invited by Egawa-san to Vi, a bland-new stylish bar at Kokubuncho and drank Cahor 2001.
Then I had not to avoid drinking Shochu,Shochu and Sochu because of the faces of attendance today. Then Beer, Ramen, Gyoza...... I lost......
