This white is a brand-new Paradou produced by Chateau Pesquie.
The blend is Chardonnay 40%, Grenache Blanc 20%, Vioniger 20% and Roussanne 20%.
I felt very big volume of fruits. The taste was very crisp and fresh. I also enjoyed very good aroma and mineral touch. It
is a very very good wine.
