This is a really good Bourgogne Blanc ! Initially sharp mineral came up, then big fruits blew up.
A very good complex flavor also came up.
It was very delicious.
I was sure this was a outstanding Bourgogne Blanc. I recommend it.

I bought this famous Domaine wine at some store.
I was looking forward to drinking it. But I felt my unlike flavor a lot. I know the flavor caused on the fermentation with some yeast. I know it depends on a personal preference but I do not like the flavor. I think the grapes are no problem.
I can not believe why the winery use such kind of yeasts.
