This is a Japanese Nouveau made by 100 % Koshu. Initially I felt a sweet grape aroma, then I felt slightly sweet taste and big volume of very nice acidity. Slight tannin, a typical grape flavor, add to the wine a good nuance.
It was really the Japanese Autumn taste.

If the winery was focused by Mondovino, it must be difficult to set on the position. I really loved the tender Pinot Noir taste. It was very Bourgogne !
It was very smooth to drink this even though after drinking Japanese Nouveau.
Then the wine showed me the goodness of Pinot Noir a lot. I drank up the bottle very fast.
I want to drink more....
