| Mr.Etienne Bizot, General Director of Bollinger attended the party from Champagne. My seat was the next of Mr. Bizot. |

| I was happy to talk to him for around two hours about wine and Champagne with my "mysterious" English as usual. I am afraid he was so troubled at the talking. The modern Chinese dishes were wonderful. |

| I love Bollinger ! They were wonderful, outstanding, fabulous. I reminded I had had not drink R.D and Rose for long time. Oh ! I reminded I also drank very rare Coteaux Champenois 1996. It was a superb- elegant Pinot Noir. | |
