| Mr. Tsurimaki, owner & chef, had lived in California before he opened the restaurant. He love wine very much and had a big California wine stock in the restaurant. I am very happy I got a such kind of sushi restaurant near by my shop. His sushi is really "Edomae", authentic Tokyo style. It was really really wonderful ! I regretted that I was not able to take pictures except the three because of a battery dead. Oh! big Matsutake ! |

| I drank Champagne, Burgundy white and Saint-Emillion red. How wonderful sushi and wine were. It was one of the happiest night in my life. |
