A parson of winery staff brought the wine directly for me. Suzuran winery is small family vineyard located in Ichinomiya, Yamanasi.
This red is made by 100% Merlot grown at the estate vineyard. It was very nice Japanese Merlot.
As I drank this, I was able to know the wine was made very carefully with their strong passion. Elegant, very good balance, very natural. It was really good wine. I would like to go to the winery as soon as possible.
