I cooked dinner today. Italian-style(?) Seafood Chirashi-Sushi.
I have tried to cook this many times. Then it has been getting better and better.

This best-seller-value- wine in Cave de Re-Lax has changed the vintage to 2004.
This vintage is also really nice Sauvignon Blanc.
I was sure this vintage 2004 is really good.
It was enormous value.

2nd
Bellcourt Medi
2004 900 yen
This red is also one of the best-seller-value- wine in Cave de Re-Lax.
It was a so good balance red wine.
It was really full-bodied style but very easy to drink. It was really nice.
