I found myself again that I love Temaki-shushi the best among all foods on earth.

Andre Bonhomme Vire Clesse is the one of the top cuvee in Macon. Initially, I was wondering if the wine would be too heavy for Temaki-sushi. But it was very good for the sushi.
I suppose some honey flavor was hidden by because of the young mature.
I enjoyed much with the crisp fruits taste.
I was sure this was a superior class of wine.

I admire every Mongeard Mugneret is very good recently. Then I am sure this is one of the best cost performance Burgundy wine for me.
There are all taste and flavor enough I expect for good Burgundy red. It was really delicious !
I love this red very much.
