1st Chateau Perin de Naudine Blanc 2003 Sample tasting
Mr. Olivier Colas, the owner of the chateau, brought this from Bordeaux on the early August.
I felt the taste with the typical style of Grave white. There were a lot of mineral and I could find some good honey taste hidden. It was a very good wine.
I thought this was also the typical style of Grave rouge. I felt some yeast nuance at first but the flavor has gone soon. Then I enjoyed good roast taste, good balance for acid, tannin and fruits.
I think we can expect this red probability for long mature.
