Pesquie Chardonnay has been out of stock for while because it was sold too fast. Then we has received it with the new vintage, 2004. Comparing with 2003, 2004 has much acid and the touch of a butter toast, I thought. Yes, the vintage 2004 is also very good. It is one of the best cost performance wine in Cave de Re-Lax.

Ambroise is one of my most favorite winery in Bourgogne. We could buy AOC Bourgogne 2003 a little. I was happy to try this. I drank this with very cool temperature. hnnn..
It was nice but the taste was not enough for my expect. I thought it is OK and was drinking.
Then the enough aroma, taste and flavor came up at last. I supposed it was too young and I drank it with too much cool temperature.
Finally, I was getting to know this red was really nice.
