Domaine des Soulie is small family winery in Sanit-Chinian South France. They have managed "organic-grape-grown" since 1968 and authorized by Ecocert. They say it is a "Bio Wine" recently in Japan.
This is very small production for family use.
I tried to ask the winery " Please sell it for me."
Very clean, fresh and harmonious in the mouth with aromatic finish. Delicious !

I am concerned about the name " Cuvee Remy ". There were " Cuvee Remy " on the offer and the invoice. But there are no " Cuvee Remy " on the label. Why?
Well, it is not big problem. This red is also "Bio Wine" made from Cabernet Sauvignon 50% and Cinsaut 50 %. Very fruity with hints of red fruits, fine and round tannins. I think it is the typical style of Saint-Chinian.
