I made mistake to set the temperature very low for an air-conditioner at my bed room.
I waked up midnight because of felling very cold. Then I have had a sore throat and had a muscular pain. It's no good.

It was long-expected sparkling wine, very good quality and reasonable price made in France.
This is "Cremant" made by famous Chateau de Moncontour in Loire. All of the gapes, 100% Chinen, were from the estate vineyards.
The traditional Champagne method is used for wine making. Creamy, complex nose, fruity with sweet aromas, very well balanced. I was sure it is superior quality in class of around 1000 yen sparkling wine. I want to recommend this for all.

This new arrival is made by Domaine Baillat in Corbieres France, which is well known winery as Syrah winemaker. We had dealt before "AOC Corbieres" from the winery. But we had to give up to keep buying that because of the rate for Euro rising. After while, the winery offered us this special - blended - reasonable "Vin de Pays".
The blend is Syrah and Merlot grown by "Lutte Raisonnee". Deep color, very aromatic nose with red fruits. Very fruity and easy to drink.
I was also sure it is superior quality in class of around 1000 yen wine. I might prefer this one than AOC Corbieres I used to sell before.
