Le Paradou Cotes de Tricastin 2003 1000 yen
When I drank Le Paradou in winter season, I felt this Cotes de Tricastin was quieter and flatter than others Le Paradou, Cotes de Luberon and Cotes du Ventoux. But in summer time, when I drank this with very cool temperature, I was surprised that this was one of the best balance red wine for me, it was delicious ! I supposed MLF had been less than others in the vinification. I enjoyed very fresh and tasty flavor like a green apple. It was delicious...
