I want to say that this is the standard of the standard for Japanese Koshu.
It was very soft, mild, elegant, easy to drink.
It was really tasty. I would like to recommend this for the people who want to try Koshu at first.

This is the new vintage sample bottle that Mr.Omura, owner of the winery, brought to Cave de Re-Lax. The wine mostly made by Merlot.
I heard 2003 vintage in Yamanashi was difficult due to low temperature. But this was really nice wine. I could not explain well why I prefer such kind of Japanese wine. But I loved this.
It was really natural fruits taste for me.
I am sure we can taste the character with only Japanese wine.
