What a nice balance this Aligote was ! I enjoyed very much crispy acid and a lot of mineral.
I thought it was very good for drinking in summer time. It was very good with Chirashi-Sushi.

I was surprised at sweet taste of it.
Yes, it is dry wine, but I felt a lot of sweetness from the character of Pinot Noir.
We usually called this type wine "Jammy".
I guessed this was good for all people.
I was sure again that Bourgogne vintage 2002 was really good.
