While I was still in bad condition today, I cooked dinner for 8 parsons because of having two guests. Tuna Tartar, Green Salad, and Lasagne.

1st Fairview Goats do Roam white 2004

Fairview is one of the oldest winery in South Africa. This is reasonable range of the winery. This white was really nice even though the naming was really strange. There were a lot of fruits in the glass, I felt. Grenache Blanc, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc.

This red was also really nice. This grape blend is Shiraz, Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvedre, the Rhone blend you know.
This was a really full-bodied style with nice fruits and spicy touch. I was sure again the potential of the feature for South African wine.
