Chateau PAILLET LABREDE 2003 1000 yen
New arrival
Although I had been offered this Chateau PAILLET LABREDE as Biological Wine, certified ECOCERT, there was no sign of ECOCERT both on the front label and back label with the new arrival.Then I asked the winery why there was no sign. The winery answered that 2003 vintage has been worked out as the previous vintages, so it is like bio. But they didn't do ECOCERT in order to safe money and to be able to lower down the price. Oh my Buddha !
There was the Ecocer mark on the sample 2002 I drank before, and the invoice 2003 said exactly this was Biological Wine, certified ECOCERT.
I was so surprised, disappointed.
But after while I changed my mind that we never drink any certification.
The quality of the wine is very good.
OK ! No problem. Of course I will NOT promote to sell this as Biological Wine.
