Jean-Jacque visited to Cave de Re-Lax from Italy. He is a Italian Wine Specialist.
He introduced us a lot of fine Italian wines. It is the first time he has come to Japan.

We have a sushi lunch at Goto in Roppongi.

Then I had a dinner with Jose, owner & winemaker of Stark-Conde wines, Nishino-san, owner of wine restaurant Traumerei, and Ebisawa-san, wine writer, at French restaurant Hamasaki in Shijuku.
I forgot to take pictures because I was so busy to talk. I took only two dishes and wines.
All of us were surprised a lot at the great quality of Conde Wine 2001.
