| May27 We held a regular wine dinner party for Club Re-lax at Marina de Bourbon, a really elegant salon in Shirogane-dai. The party was held with clients and staff of Style France, a famous French interior shops. We had around 80 people, it was a big party. |

| The theme of the party tonight was Provence. We started the party by having "tapnade" sent from Chateau Pesquie by air. | |

| We opened all lineup of Chateau Pesquie,including Muscat rose and Le Paradou blanc which had not sold yet in Japan, and Quintessence 2001 which had just arrived this week. | |

| Mr. Jean-Marc Lisner, owner of Style France has a second house in France near by Chateau Pesquie. He loves Pesquie very much. | |

All dishes " a la Provence" made by Mr. Niiyama, chef de cuisine, were really great.

| Accidentally Jose, owner & winemaker of Conde Wines in South Africa, just arrived today from South Africa and joined the party. |  |

It was birthday today for my friend John. We had secretly made a big birthday cake and celebrate his birthday. |
