Mr. Nick Nobilo, a famous wine maker in New Zealand, came to Cave de Re-Lax today.
I heard he had sold a famous winery "House of Nobilo" and retired. Then he has started producing his very small quantity of private wine, only Gewurztraminer !
He told me it was going to be "White Opus One in New Zealand".
It was the first time I had took a "Two no wine days" since last November.
