Afternoon, I stopped watching baseball game on TV because Baystars had lost a lot of runs at first and second inning. Then I forgot everything and cooked dinner with all my might. Cocktail Shrimp, Scallop ,Ikura with herb Beef tail & Tuna with Vegetables red wine sauce. I worked very hard. The dishes were very elaborate. AA MENDOKUSAI.

This Quintessence 2000 is the final arrival.
It was the final stock for sale at the winery.
This is truly a great wine, outstanding wine. Initially, I felt a slight like a sulfur smell.
When the smell disappeared, a huge elegant fruit taste appeared. The fruits taste conducted other a lot of various smell and taste very elegantly.
The harmony of the smell and taste let me feel as if listening to a great orchestra. You can expect a long long mature for long time.

We received a guest accidentally while we had dinner. Then I opened unexpected third bottle. This was very good Bourgogne rouge, but I thought it was pity that we drank this after Pesquie Quintessence.
