1st Balela white 2004 900 yen New Arrival
Balela is Cave de Re-Lax's private wine made by same winery of Pangolin in South Africa. This is very fresh and fruity white wine, very easy to drink and tasty. It is really good white wine... but, ... I found fine dust, like a smoke, at the bottom of the bottle. We often see such kind of dregs with old red wine or tart rate crystals in the bottle of white wine. But this is different from the both. We have had the wine checked by a wine laboratory. It is a tartrate deposit problem that is combining with proteins. No faults with quality of the wine (color, nose, taste), but looks is not good.
Although it is a great pity, I have decided to give this Balneal special discount for quick sale. Because I would like to avoid receiving possible complaints, I would like to sell this for our 'good' clients who really know wine at only Cave de Re-Lax store in Toranomo.

This is really nice, charming red wine. It is very tasty, very good balance, easy to drink.
Shiraz 50 %, Cabernet Sauvignon 40 %, Merlot 10%. I think the price 900yen is quite reasonable.
This is not 300yen.
