This Bordeaux blanc is made by 100 % Semillon.
I felt some unique acidity in the taste.
This is my preference Bordeaux blanc, but there might be different opinion for the acidity depending on people.

This is a new arrival red wine produced by Chateau Pesquie. The third wine of Paradou. We have got all famous AOC in South Rhone ( Province! ), Luberon, Ventoux and Tricastin. Tricastan is famous where a lot of lavenders are grown.
It is very interesting that I felt a certain lavender aroma and flavor with this red.
I felt more mature and smooth taste today than the sample sent by air I drank before.
I recommend this a lot.
