Au Cochon Rose, my favorite French Restaurant in Ebisu, renewed and opened today. A new name of the restaurant is "Bistrot Convivialite l'Essence".
I went to restaurant to say congratulations. It has got very stylish, very nice atmosphere. The visiting today was just greeting. I would like to have a dinner soon.
I took a picture with Mr.Inoue, owner and chef.
After I went home.

1st
Plaimont Les Bastions Blanc 2003 950 yen
This white is from Cotes de Sant-Mont, South-West France, made by Mansengs and Petit Courbu, local grape varieties.
I really like this wine at present. The taste was fresh, clean, crisp and really tasty.

2nd
Plaimont Les Bastions Rouge 2003 950 yen
The red is made by Tanna, Pinenc, also local grape varieties, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
It was good, very good, really good! This was really well balanced red.
I thought this red surpassed the class in 1000 yen
wine. I enjoyed this very much.
