I cooked dinner for family after went back from Kawaguchi-ko.
Bonite-Tataki, Fusilli Bolognese and Tuna Poelerala " Acqua Pazza". Mr. Endo, owner chef of Hirota, gave me the Bolognese.
Mr.Kinoshita, owner chef of Tamanegiya, gave me Tuna meet. I froze them for busy day cooking like today. The professional works were quite different. The dishes were very nice!

This is an organic wine from Bordeaux.
I found the honey flavor was getting to appear.
It was really tasty.

2nd
Le Paradou Cotes du Ventoux
2003 1000 yen
It was very good balance.
I thought this was a typical South-France full-bodied red.
But this was very easy to drink.
I could recommend this for all wine lovers.
