I had a family trip to Kawagichi-ko, lake resort area on the foot of Mt. Fuji.
I brought wines to a Hotel dinning. The staff of the restaurant rejected my BYO when we arrived the Hotel. But he called my room later and accepted the BYO at last. I did not know the reason why he changed.
I guess he felt very poor for me, because I was really disappointed indeed when I heard I was not able to drink my wines with dinner tonight. He prepared wine glasses and wine cooler. Thank you very much.

This cava was made by 100 % Trepat, a local grape in Penedes. This fine rose got a vintage with this arrival. The technical is very special. It is fabulous, low temperature fermentation & maceration, around 30 moth mature in the bottle, "Remuage" by hand, "Degorgement" after taking order, etc. We don't always have this rose because the productions are limited, under 1000 cases per every year. I recommend to try as soon as possible if you want to drink the Cava rose.

The red was made by famous white wines producer. This was not gorgeous but delicate and elegant. This was very good for Japanese dishes. I like this very much.
