This was sample tasting of the new vintage.
I felt this white has been getting better by each of the changing vintages. I felt a very natural and clean taste first, then I found a big volume of very good fruits second, then I enjoyed much the elegant-complex flavor that every excellent Chardonnay have. It was the style of expensive wine, wasn't it?
2nd Chateau Sarati Pinot 2002 900 yen
The vintage of this Rumanian Pinot Noir has changed. The label has also changed with the new vintage. Oh! This was also very good.
I thought there had been some unique taste with the previous vintage 2001, but this was an orthodox and natural style of good Pinot Noir. Even though there were not so elegant, I loved this full bodied style of Pinot. I was sure the price
900yen was quite reasonable.
