Mar 14 This was the last day that French gangs stayed in Japan. We went to "KOGANEI-SHUZO", a fine local sake brewery in Nanasawa-Onsen we had stayed at yesterday. The brewery was built in 1818. The band name is "SAKAEMASU" well known fine sake around here. This was the first time they had visited a Sake Brewery. |

They had been looking forward to inspecting it. Mr.Sato,a manager of the brewery, showed us into the building. |
It seemed that there were a kind of sympathy with both of them, winemakers and sakemakers. |

Then we tried to taste various Sake, JUNMAISHU, GINJOUSHU, NAMASAKE, JUNMAI-GINJOUSHU and DAIGINJOUSHU etc. It seemed the gangs was impressed very much by the high quality of them. |

Then I saw them off to the airport and went home. I was going to have No Wine Day, but I want to praise myself about the hard jobs in this week. |

Then I drank only three glasses of Chateau de Montfaucon Baron Louis 2003, a tank sample Ludi gave me. So It was fake No Wine day today. |
