I cooked dinner. Ika-Sashi, Carpaccio Bonito, Green Salad and Beef Cheek & Mushrooms with Red wine Sauce. They were really nice.

Oh ! This white was really nice, very good, outstanding ! Something was far different with Ordinary - Fruity - Chardonnay.
I was sure again Colin-Deleger was outstanding white wine producer in Burgundy.

Oh ! This was different style red I had expected, a typical fruits concentrated Pinot Noir.
I felt the taste was like a kind of "Nature" one.
I also like this style very much, but I was wondering with the taste first because it was different with my expected.
However I enjoyed this at last.
