Feb 27 I cooked dinner. Carpaccio Salmon & Tai, Salad Shirasu & Mizuna,
and Lasagne. They were very good.
1st

This was brought by Mr. Johann COCHUT from Beaujolais on Feb 20.
I felt a lot of fruits with this. A very good wine.


2nd
Pierre Bleur Olivier Ravier 2003
Sample tasting
This is a Cru Beaujolais red made in Cote de Bouilly.
I felt a taste of "Natural wine" very much.
I also felt a lot of gas inside the bottle.
This was also nice wine.
I may like more acidity with this.
