Martin, a wine agent friend of mine, introduced me two wine parsons, Mr. Johann COCHUT from Beaujolais and Mr. Frederic QUERMEL from Faugeres in Languedoc. Both of them seemed to THE WINE MAN. I enjoyed a lot by talking about wine with them.

This is the gift from Tokuoka, a big wine shop chain in Osaka.
I thought this was sweet wine before drinking but this was dry wine. Oh! This was a really nice dry Riesling. The wine was crisp, elegant, flowery, honey and complex.
I reminded myself that Riesling was a wonderful grape.

The wine was sent from Macedonia.
I didn't expect the wine was such a beautiful red wine before tasting, very good mature and very natural taste. I felt very dry touch but easy to drink by really good balance of fruits. I guess the wine was made by some kind of natural method.
