I have been staying Andra Montagne since yesterday.
It was really fine day today.
I enjoyed skiing.
Then I also had Mippa's great dinner.

What a wonderful cuisine they were ! I loved all the dishes.
The charge for a stay and a dinner is only 12,600 yen ( tax including ) ! I think the charge is quite reasonable.

Steininger Riesling Sekt
I did not know such a beautiful Riesling Sekt was made in Austria. This was very delicious.

2nd
Chateau Pesquie Terrasses 1995 ( ! )
I was so surprised to find this old vintage at the wine cellar of the house. This was the first vintage Pesquie Terrasses that I imported 6 years ago. Mippa used to buy this vintage from me 6 years ago. Then he have been keeping a case at his cellar. I was really amazed. Very good mature !

Gian Piero Marrone Barolo 2000
This
was BYO. This was a gift from Mr.Gian Piero Marrone who is a owner of the winery in Piemonte, came to Cave de Re-Lax on Feb 1st.
It was very good Barolo. Deep, elegant and concentrated. Mippa & I enjoyed this very much.
4th & 5th
Francois Lamarche Marc de Bourgogne 1969
Domaine Dujac Marc de Bourgogne Hors d'Age
I prohibit myself to drink Marc due to many secret reasons. Stop ! Stop please, Mippa ! I didn't want to drink any Marc.
Oh ! No ! I have drunk....

Umeshu Plum liquor made by Mippa
