I went to Koriyama, a local big city in Northern Japan and stay there tonight.
I had a great dinner at SAN, my favorite Isakaya which was a Japanese traditional style restaurant with Mr. Yaginuma who is a wine buyer at York Benimaru, a big supermarket chain.
We had a hand made SOBA noodles
Tofu
Fried Mehikari which was local fish, etc.
All dishes were excellent, beautiful, wonderful!
I drank house wine red and white.
Then SHOCHU.
What a wonderful dinner it was!
