Deep, elegant and full-bodied.
I enjoyed a typical flavor from "Terroir" at the area, a slight honey.
This was a very good wine.
2nd
Grimau Tinto 2001 900 yen
This was a very clean Tempranillo.
I thought the wine was cared with a very clean fermentation and maceration.
Unfortunately, the first white wine today was in the different class so that I was not so impressed this red even though this was very good.
