I have drunk this several times when I lived in Sendai. It was 15 years ago. The label has been never changed.
However I thought the taste today was getting better and better, elegant and stylish. The grape variety is Delaware 50% and Berry A 50%, grown on Yamagata Japan.
I had thought for long time that it had been difficult to make any good white wine with Delaware, but I noticed today I had been wrong.
This was very good white wine.

Takeda Zao Star Wine red 2003 1010 yen
The label said this red wine was made by 100% Muscat Berry A. The red was also very nice.
It was very good balance and a good acidity organized a very good structure. It was not a big body wine but a very charming wine.
I love this.
