I went to Kamakura today with Mr.Yin, home-stay student with us for 3 weeks.
I bought an octopus at the fishing port near by Kamakura.
Then I made Octopus Carpaccio for a dinner.
I also cooked Chicken with Tomato sauce. Very nice!

Chateau Sakaori is a small winery located in Yamanashi Japan. This was a typical very good Koshu wine.

I was gifted this from Mr.Omura, owner and winemaker of Rubaiyat winery. All the stock was already sold out.
I was sure this Nouveau was outstanding. Deep, elegant, good balance. It was very impressive for me. Delicious !
