Pesquie Chardonnay 2003 1000 yen
This is my most favorite 1000 yen white wine in
Cave de Re-Lax.
I enjoyed a ripe fruits, very clean taste.
This was really good wine.
2nd
Le Paradou Cotes du Ventoux 2003 1000 yen
New arrival
This was also new arrival, Le Paradou produced by Chateau Pesquie for Cave de Re-Lax.
This was also a really nice wine. Blend of 60% of Grenache and 40% of Syrah.
The average age of the vines is about 30 years.
Paul Chaudiere, owner of Chateau Pesquie, said " well structured with blended tannins that present a nice body with purple blue tint as well as an aromatic intensity with hints of red and black fruits and spices."
I strongly recommend this for all wine lovers.
