I saw a lot of Christmas displays and a lot of people who wore T-shirts or tank tops because of the high temperature today, 25℃ ! The sunshine beat on Christmas tree.

We received the new vintage of this Chardonnay at last, which had been out of stock for long time. This is one of the best sellers Chardonnay in Cave de Re-Lax. The taste was really nice.

Le Paradou was produced by Chateau Pesquie, the one of the top winery in Cotes du Ventoux, South Rhone. Paul Chaudiere, owener of Chateau Pesquie, and I wanted to produce new reasonable high quality wines for Japanese consumers even though the rate of YEN and EURO had been very bad.
Then this new brand was born, our private brand. This was a kind of natural method wine, Cave de Re-lax Nature. Paul said "Explosion of forest fruit aromas, sweet pepper, truffle, leather and forest floor, foursquare and racy in the mouth." Blend of 70% of Grenache and 30% of Syrah.
The average age of the vines is around forty years. I was sure strongly that this was an outstanding wine in the class of 1000yen. I would like to let all my customers try this very nice red wine !
I recommend this for all from the bottom of my heart.
