I was going to have a " No wine day" today, but I didn't. Well... OK, I allowed myself.
I cooked dinner today, Sashimi, Roast Vegetables and Roast Chicken. Very good !

I really loved this red wine. What to say.... well... this was very natural. Almost very good wines in the class were fresh & fruity, easy to drink in my experience. But this was very moderate, not so bright, however this was really delicious, very good. This might be the first wine for me.
Anyway I drank only one bottle tonight.
