NOv 20
I went to un cafe again in order to be taken a interview from NHK for the gourmet magazine " Shokusai Roman ".
The magazine has been featured " Owner of liquor shop " in every issue of the month. This was in turn of mine. I had a interview from Ms. Atsuko Sando, a famous wine writer, had also interviewed me for "dancyu", gourmet magazine, featured Japanese wine last month.
The picture is Ms.Sakae Nagai, one of the top woman sommelier in Japan, and Ms. Atsuko Sando, one of the top woman wine writer in Japan.
Then after I came home,

1st
Fuji Crair Koshu dry 2003
1300yen at the winery shop
Fuji Crair is owned by Fujikko, very famaous Japanese traditional foods company. The image of the company might be something different in wine for us, but the lebel of quality of the winery was very high.
Especially, Koshu was excellent.

2nd
Grand Araucano Cabernet Sauvignon
2001 3500 yen
The 2nd I tried tonight was one of the best Chilean red.
The winery is owned by J&F Lurton in Bordeaux same as Bodega Lurton in Algentina.
Oh ! What a dark wine, what a concentrated wine was it !
This style was very impressive for me.
Like a Opus One 2000 ...?
