I went to La Naige Higashi-kan, a resort hotel in Hakuba, Nagano.
I enjoyed welcome-sparkling wine first.
What a nice guest room is this !
I came here today in order to attend to Japanese-wine & French cuisine party.
The wonderful dinning room was full of the attendance.
We have three great guests tonight, Mr.Akihiko Soga, Obuse winery in Nagano,
Mr. Kozo Tsuchiya, Kizan wine in Yamanashi
and Ms. Noriko Kishidaira, Takeda winery in Yamagata.
They are the famous top winemakers in Japan.

Unbelievable ! They were really wonderful ! Mr. Arakawa, chef de cuisine and Mr. Yoshida, manager of the restaurant had arranged these fabulous dishes in order to make the best marriage with Japanese wines for long time.
I was so impressed that the harmony with French cuisine and Japanese wine. I guessed the point of the marriage was the sause, natural and not salty.

Wine
1st Obuse wine Cidre 2003
2nd Kizan wine White 2001
3rd Takeda winery Le Freres Takeda White 2003
4th Domaine Soga Merlot 2002
They were really nice ! I loved Japanese wine. Then every winemaker had their own corner for free tasting after the dinner.
" Oh ! Were we continue to going to drink more ? Yes, I am, of course. "
I was so happy because there were a lot of nice wines. The best wine for me was Takeda Muscatberry A 2004. This was a Nouveau, wasn't this ? The grape variety was Japanese local one. The retail price is only 1300 yen.
Noriko-san, winemaker, said " I made the lower price because I want to let a lot of people drink this." Wonderful !

We were taken the picture all together.
Mr. & Mrs. Tsunoda and Mr. Ariizumi, same table with me at the dinner.
I really enjoyed the party tonight indeed.

Then I went to the room and was going to bed. Then the telephone call came from Mr.Tsuchiya,
" Why don't you join the party in my room. All members of staff today have already come here."
" Why not ? !"

.... Then I lost all my memories after the telephone. ....Then I returned back again at next morning.
